Train acc and Validation accuracy no longer improved when reached 80

i use transformer as spellling correction model in speech recognition, Reference paper is Automatic Spelling Correction with Transformer for CTC-based End-to-End Speech Recognition.
when the train acc and Validation accuracy reached 80, it is no longer improved.
