Hello, OpenNMT is the technology and our goal is not to release models for all language pairs - but you can train a English<>Tamil engine using available bilingual corpus - for instance http://ufal.mff.cuni.cz/~ramasamy/parallel/html/, and there is also some bilingual English<>Tamil corpus available here: http://opus.lingfil.uu.se.

We don’t have a technical expertise to build language pairs with greater accuracy. English to Tamil and Tamil to English. But we do have a limited Budget. Could you please let me know with the cost estimate to add this translation feature Plus translation from multiple sources such as pdf,doc,text files(Tamil to English and English to Tamil).?

Please let me know the estimated cost and the payment terms. Please let me know the mode of payment and other details, etc.
