Customized Model for commercial use

Hi,

I have build solutions using the customized trained model using OpenNMT.
I have worked with ENGLISH - GERMAN, GERMAN - ENGLISH models.
The models have been retrained with more accurate using more Data.

Could I use these trained models for the solutions which is commercially viable ?

Please could someone answer this as early as possible.
